Being a mother of four, I know the importance of having someone continuously by your side to advocate for you and to help you have a safe and comfortable labor experience.
A helping hand during the weeks and months following giving birth is just as important. Your body needs time to heal so having support during this time is vital as well.
As your doula, I feel honored to be there to support and share my expertise with women and families across Newport News & the surrounding areas.

Doula means “a woman who serves.” As your doula, I will serve you by providing emotional, educational and physical support you need to help you prepare for labor and navigate life after birth.
Pregnancy, labor and the postpartum period is a journey, but I’ll be by your side to advocate for your during birth and take care of you while your recover and transition into motherhood.
Support Services
How I Serve You
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve.
My goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body, labor and bonding with your baby.
My prenatal services include helping you get to know your body, labor comfort measures, birth support as well as breastfeeding education.
Postpartum services include newborn care, breastfeeding assistance and support, light housework, local errands, sibling care, postpartum education, meal prep and overnight care.
