Doula means “a woman who serves.” As your doula, I will serve you by providing emotional, educational and physical support you need to help you and your family settle into life after birth.
The postpartum period is a journey, but I’ll be by your side to make your healing and transition into motherhood much easier. My presence will allow you to focus on resting and bonding with your baby.
